National is finally down for March!!

Just checked on National's website for a minivan for March 1-March 9 and the price is finally down. I used:
Rate Code: WWEB (This is what really helped. It opened up for weekly reservations through through May 31. You need to book online, I believe.)
Contract: 6600330 (This did not appear to help at all. It did not remove the concession fee this time.)
Coupon: 10009795 (For $25 off a weekly rental. Found this on mousesavers.)

So my 9 day rental for a minivan is now at $325.32 and I can use Emerald Reserve. FINALLY!!!!!

The only thing that bothered me was when I went in to cancel my previous ressie, it told me there may be a cancellation fee. Has anyone heard of this happening??

Well, instead of $200 more than my thrifty rate, they are only $100 now....progress...lol.

If I make a new reservation in my dh's name how would they be able to charge me a cancelation fee if I only registered using my email address?

I just went in and used the rate code you used (WWEB) - anyone can use this? It is on mousesavers.com and it doesn't specify a specific group. Previously I used CAW2, but with this new code, plus the same contract # and coupon code, I got a minivan for March 12th to 19th for a total of 274.62. Previously I reserved in my name for $347. I too had a concession fee charge with this new rate, which I didn't have with the previous reservation. Oh well ... it is still cheaper
