National for 9.99 p.day????

I just saw on TV a commercial for National that advertised a special for $9.99 per day. There was no code given for this and I can't seem to find anything for online. Does anyone know about this or how to use it?

Its probably not National, but Enterpise. They're both Green. For more info see:

Its not good on Airport Rentals however.

It is Enterprise. My company rents from them. I saw the sign in the window. It is for a compact.
