National + Emerald Club + Sanford

Hi~

I'm hopeful someone could answer this for me. We've used National for years using the Emerald Club and Aisle service. What happens when there is no aisle, as in Sanford? Do you still just walk out? I am thinking you walk out but have to get a car from the level that you reserve. Thank you to anyone with experience!

You have to go to the desk just like all the non-Emerald club members and get assigned a car.

I've rented from some non-EA locations, I've had mixed results. Sometimes I get an intermediate, sometimes a full size. There is usually a booth in the garage rather than a counter inside the airport. I've never been to Sanford so I don't know the procedures there.

When you make your reservation it will tell you the level of service you will have: ie: counter, aisle etc. Since Sanford does not have EA or ER service, you will go to the counter. You can call them just to double check.
