National, Emerald Aisle and Booster Seats

We are members of National's Emerald club and have always proceeded to the Emerald to choose our car. This year we added a child's booster seat to the reservation and our print out said "proceed to the counter." We removed the booster seat and now we can go to the aisle. Can we still add a booster seat once we get there? I have seen them in the garage so I don't understand why we would have to go the the counter. I just didn't want to have to pack our own booster seat this time.

I am guessing you need to go to the counter to have your booster issued to you. Then you can go pick your car from the Emerald Aisle.
