National Codes?

I booked a reservation using Contract ID 6600330 I got from Mousesavers and Coupon ID 10009123 I got from national's website which I believe is the Entertainment coupon.

My question is when I printed out the entertainment coupon it came with a different contract ID then what I had used.

Am I not going to be allowed to use the coupon b/c it has a different contract ID on it?

Also, do I need to show proof of the Contract ID like I do the entertainment coupon?

Oh i have 1 last questions: I noticed that if I book through Emerald Club section it gives me a different price then If I was to book through the website itself. It is only by like $3 but why would it do that????????

I often use a different contract ID than the entertainment coupon. Never had a problem. All I've ever had to give the agent before I drive away is the coupon, a drivers' license and a credit card.

Don't know why the price is $3 different when you use your Emerald Club membership.

Well I called National and asked about the $3 difference...she could not answer me and kept trying to get me off the phone but even though it was only 3 dollars it bothered me that everything was identical and there was still a difference. SO she wound up giving me the better price.

I noticed that too. THat the ent coupon already had a contract id. I did one search with priceless contract id and ent coupon code, and then did another search using just the ent coupon and contract id. It came up the same price either way, so I just used the coupon codes.

If the price through Emerald Club is higher, it may be because of the surcharge for awarding airline frequent flyer miles. If you indicated an airline and ff# in your profile, it will add that to your EC rental total.
