National car emerald club? Sign up

How do you sign up for the Emerald Isle club? How do you sign up for free? They told me it was $50 . I only called. I haven't looked on the website.

Go to mousesavers and then go to the the national codes page and it will explain how to join the emerald club for free. I am sure someone will post the link as the boards will not let me because of too few posts. I used the mousavers link through Turner Travel and it did not charge my cc.
