A little confused on this. With intermediate car is the only choice to go to the counter? Is there a long wait? I has a ressie that I just cancelled that said go directly to the Emerald Aisle. I just made a new one because the rates dropped and it now says to to counter? What did I do different?

Glad you figured it out. I just went through the same thing last night. I thought I had an extremely low rate than figured out I had the wrong days., then decided to joing the Emerald Club, then today found a different code with $20 more off. 4 different reservations, in 1 1/2 days. I've drove myself crazy, but think I finally figured it out.
