National Car Care Center

Questions,questions and more questions...How do I get National to pick me up at my resort to take me to the car care center?.....Has anyone ever done this?....How do I set this up??...Pleaaaasssseee Heeeelp!! We have to drive to Tampa for my uncle's birthday and need a car.If it's too dificult I'll just pick the car up at the Dolphin.

We did this from Fort Wilderness in June. They have a dedicated phone to National at the Guest Services area--just off the registration desk. We already had reservations so they transferred us to the scheduler. We did this a day in advance. The bus came right on time and was great! Only had to wait a couple of minutes after dropping the car back off to get the bus back.
