My name is on the reservation (because I do all the planning), but husband is going to be the driver. I noticed when I printed out the reservation that it lists my name as primary driver. Will it be a problem to change the primary driver at time of pickup? Or, if we add him as an additional driver will there be a fee? I just don't want to get there and find out this is going to screw up our rate. Thanks.

If you're an Emerald Club member (sign-up is free right now), additional drivers are free (provided they live at the same address as you, as in Spouse)!
