Natalie's Holiday Passport - a few questions

Hi all
Those of you that have used natalie's holiday passport - how did you put it together? I was thinking of printing and just have bound a local office max. Maybe Laminating the top and back cover?

Anyone have any ideas? I am assuming on the lined side - that is where the cast members in the countries sign and use their stamp?

Has anyone been able to change the wording/date on the cover??

There is a thread on how to assemble the Natalie's Passport. I don't have time to find it right now. Try doing a search for it. If you can't find it, I will look for it tomorrow and post a link for you.
