i was just looking at a navigator for nassau day and i see parrot cay as having breakfast from 8 to 12. is this a sit down thing or buffett and is it just breakfast type foods, meaning no salad or other options?? just curious. tia

Parrot Cay breakfast is a buffet....I'm trying to remember what is on it, but its pretty extensive and fairly "brunchy" (i.e. I think some salads).

Triton's/Lumiere's offers a sit down breakfast.

parrot cay is a buffet type breakfast restaurant and if you want to have a more sit down type of breakfast go to tritons. overall the breakfast is very good no matter what.
