The band I work with is the guest band at the Wildhorse this week (7/27 to 8/1) if anyone is up for dinner there. It's right downtown on Second Avenue.

We just were at Joe's Crab Shack last night. I don't think we'll be downtown again this week. We can try for next Friday, maybe.

I'm game, just let me know when so I can make arrangements for(or bring) the girls. I work about a mile from downtown, but hubby's office actually on 3rd Ave. facing 2nd.

I would love to meet ya'll!! I live in Gallatin but very seldom get to Nashville. Any chance anyone would be interested in Madison or Rivergate area instead of downtown Nashville? This weekend is out for me too but maybe I could swing something for next weekend (8/6-7). Maybe we could meet at a Park and bring the kids? Have a picnic? The Moss Wright Park in Goodletsville is very nice. Has a great playground as well as picnic area. If want to make this an adult get together, Chilli's, Red Lobster, Logan's, Rafferty's and Outback all have meeting rooms.
Please contact me personally if ya'll want to make plans. I'm definitely up for it! Love meeting new friends; especially those who are Disney folks like me!!

Sunday is good for me, too. I would, however, prefer to stay closer to Nashville--for obvious reasons. Are most of us in Nashville or closer to Gallatin? We don't really have to go downtown, if most are opposed to that. I live near Warner Park--that's a great park. I also live near a great community playground with a picnic area.

I'd love to meet, making a trip downtown w/o kids is more difficult for me. I'm all for weekend thing with kids. Sunday 15th seems doable for me, the day before school starts. I'm in the Bellevue area, so anywhere between here and downtown, and/or south of downtown works for me - Warner Parks sounds great to me!
Maybe Centennial Park is a more central location if there are people from all sides of town?

I'm not from TN but I'm only about an hour north of Nashville. I might be interested in a meet if I could work out the time/date. Sundays really don't work for me but if ya'll end up with something else please pm me ok?

I would really like to get together w/my fellow Tennessee and KY Disney lovers. However, the month of August is pretty tough for me. We have anniversaries or birthdays every 3rd day all the way into September. Another problem is I live north of Gallatin. Going to Percy Warner Park is a good hour to hour and half drive one way. I was thinking something more in the middle--which is why I suggested toward Madison/Rivergate/Goodletsville. A Sunday afternoon works for me but south of Nashville doesn't. Maybe if ya'll want to do Percy Warner this month maybe in Sept or October we could meet again at a location that's easier for me to get to. After the kids get in school I'd love to meet some of the mom's for lunch if anyone is available. Please email me if anyone is interested. karenpiper@msn.com. Well, we'll probably NEVER find a time and place that's good for everyone! So, Tntraveler's idea sounds good. ..how 'bout the weekend of the 21-22 somewhere in/near Nashville this month, and if there's another meeting planned for another time, we could plan it closer to Gallatin! Does this sound good? Are all of you thinking a picnic? What ideas are bouncing around?

The weekend of the 15th and the 22nd - we will be in 'The World'. Therefore, I will have to catch ya'll on the next meet. Personally, I would love to plan a Halloween meet. Maybe in the first few weeks of October. I know thats a ways off (and might need to start another thread) but it gives plenty of planning time. I would LOVE to include our kids on this. The Madison-Rivergate area works great for me.

Is anyone up for a Chucky Cheese Halloween Meet? I could reserve space at Chucky Cheese, we can chow on pizza (of course, it will be dutch), share Disney photos, and the kids can run wild!...lol.

I will start a new thread on this because I don't want to step on MouseClubMoms toes. If ya'll get a date outside the dates of our trip - I'll gladly be there! This could be the start of something good!

Gee. that sounds like a lot of fun. But, we'll be at WDW the week before Halloween. We're leaving 10-23 and returning on the 31st. But, I'd still love to do something like this before our trip. And, we'd love to look at the photos y'all have.

This sounds great to me, and this will keep our kids occupied, as well!

I'm also open to meeting earlier than this.
