I'm surprised I didn't get the cops called on us last night. With all the yelling I was doing for JR {thank goodness my kids couldn't hear me}, DH didn't bother to tell me he turned off our central air and had opened the windows. LOL!!! OH WELL!!!

If it hadn't been so late and I wouldn't have been so tired, I would have been outside dancing in the street over JR's 3rd place finish.

i got to say give me six more road races to four restrictor plate races anyyear. that had to be about the most boring race i've watched. it was obvious from about lap 25 on who the race winner was and who the 2 - 10 place drivers would be. it had a few moments, but overall there was really no drama. i really enjoyed the set up to tony's win last week a lot more.

btw, i asked a friend and neither of us is up on it, where did the nickname smoke come from?

You are correct, I somehow typed 29 instead of 20 (hey the 0 and 9 are close on the keyboard) and the 29 finished 24th so replacing that 29 with 20 and his first place finish means:

BIG BIG CONGRATS to Tony on his 2nd win of the season!! We fell asleep around 12:30, but watched the tape yesterday. It was hilarious watching him climb the stand. What a great way to end a long night!!
Thankfully JR pulled out a 3rd place finish. I just hope he can do well enough the rest of the way and squeak his way into the top 10.

Finally, a good week for Jr. and I'm not last ( Jr. has had me there often this year )!! Unfortunately, I didn't make it throught the race. I fell asleep at midnight and woke up at 1:30. The TV was on commerical so I turned it off. I could of seen the last 15 minutes if I would of waitied for the commerical!
