My DH loves to "remind" me that I made him go to my parents house for dinner (on my Mothers B.day) during the Daytona 500, Feb. 18th 2001 and we all know what happened that day. We saw most of the race but we did miss the end. When we got home that night the answering machine was blinking away. DH was a total Earnhardt fan, now he roots for Jr. and Gordon. He was so sad and I felt really bad for him. Well, he didn't care about not seeing the accident, I mean #1 he was so upset about his driver and didn't want to see it and #2 it still gets shown alot. Anyway I learned my lesson and we don't go out during races if at all possible.

OH MY GOSH My wecond win this year!!!!!!!! NOt bad for a wife who just got into it B/c her now DH watched it every weekend. I missed whole Tony/Kahne thing because I was asleep getting ready for work oh well probably best.
