NASCAR fans...can you "short pit" your T&T service?

If I am entitled to T&T service once during a 5 night stay...can I request it to be done on day 2 or 3 instead of day 4?

You probably don't want it for day 2, that's the next day after you arrive. Either day 3 or day 4 would probably work best for you. 5 nights = six days. I think all you need to do is call Housekeeping and set it up.

I think we asked them to come on day 3 one time and had no problems doing that.

One of these years I think I'm going to head down for the Gatorade Duels and the Truck race. Then maybe I'd get the nerve to do the 500.

For what it's worth, I've done this twice...and both times it got screwed up. They nodded their head and said they'd change my schedule and then I got the "regular schedule" each time.

On one hand I understand that deviations from a set schedule can cause problems. On the other hand, I just wish they would have told me that they can't deviate from the schedule rather than agree to it and then not do it.

In neither case was it a big deal...we would probably be fine with no housekeeping at all for that matter. It was just a little irksome, and many have done this with complete success. Good luck!

I am torn this year. In the past I rooted for several different drivers (most will never win a race, or slim chances ) and also for Junior. But now that he drives for Hendrick, I have to just throw my hands up in the air and shake my head.

I just saw the 'picking of the Bud Bottle' for the starting line-up for the shoot-out. Ugh, #2 got the pole. Still fun to watch though.
