Nascar and the bathroom

How do nascar racers go umm to the bathroom during the race? I just started wondering this after the third hour of nascar on tv. I know I gatta go more than every three

I'm not sure one can travel that fast and use a container like that.

I don't think they have to go that often. In the suit, w/ really hot temps outside, and on the track they often dehydrate.
