I booked a dinner here for out next trip. It's for myself and my 13 year old daughter. The reservation is for 9 but we can get to the restaurant by 8:30. I would love to have a table by the window to see the fireworks but I know that's a chance and it may not happen. Can you see the fireworks from most tables or only certain ones?

Over our past trips, we've eaten at most places on property but we've never tried this one. She's over the characters but I thought she would enjoy this as it's something different. It's our first night and I thought it would be nice to have a special dinner and maybe see the fireworks too.

What are your thoughts? Also, can she order an adult size of the kids meals? Chicken strips, burger, etc....

When I went, I checked in a bit early and said I was happy to wait extra for a window table if that was a possibility. It ended up working in my favor (added about 35min wait though, but worth it), but I saw people after me were denied so I assume they only let so many people do it. Do not worry if you do not get a window table, there is a sort of wrap around deck most of the restaurant goes out to and they will most likely block your view anyway so you will either have to go outside or have a partially obstructed view. Even with this, it is my favorite restaurant and the food is amazing, I will be going back every trip!

In our experience, most tables, even the ones up against the windows, are obstructed from viewing all but the highest of the fireworks because people are standing in front of you outside on the viewing porch. It is easier just to plan to go out there as well. Your server will pace food appropriately.

I don't have an answer about upsizing the kid's meals.

We like Narcoossee's and I am trying to work it into our plans for the trip I am taking with just my DS as a special experience too. :)

Good information to know. Our reservation is at 9 so I know we'll get there at least by 8:45. It's our first night there and we plan to be at MK until dinner. I think we'll just take what table is available and make our way to the deck to see the fireworks. Thanks.

Thanks for the information. I think we'll see what time we get seated and probably order before we go out to see the fireworks. I hope it works out with your DS. My DH and DS are going to be joining us the last night of our stay after they go to the NASCAR race in Daytona. Our last few Disney trips have been just my DD and me as my son who's 17 would rather go to car races with dad. Men!
