NARCOOSSEE'S with a 4 year old?

I'm looking for a nice dinner for my birthday and Narcoossee's sounds nice (not to mention I can get a filet for the same price as CRT).

Would Narcoossee's be considered too fancy for a 4 year old? And do people dress up there because I would arrive straight from the park!

Thanks! If you have any other suggestions, I'm all ears!
My other consideration was 1900 Park Fare but that would be more for my dd's benefit than me.

Narcoossee's is just fine for a 4 year old. We've seen kids that age (and younger) every time we've dined there.
Narcoossee's has a "business casual" dress code that allows for dress shorts, but not T shirts--
HOWEVER--
It is rarely enforced and we see folks there all the time either coming from or going to the parks.

We took our 4 year old and it was fine. He sat and colored during dinner. We went dressed in business casual, but there were definitely people in their "park clothes." Enjoy.
