DF & I are having a hard time deciding which to go with, we are leaning towards Narcoossee's because we have eaten at Fulton's but after looking at the menu on allears.com I see more on Fulton's I like. We enjoy the dining experience and of course wine. Which is better? Who has better wine selection?

thanks for the input :wave2:

i think narcoosee's is a better choice. the quality of food is much better in my opinion plus the atmosphere. Narcoosee's offers items you would not find at most resturants so that lil something different makes it worth it for me.

ITA with wdarling. The chef's fish selections at Narcoossee's are outstanding, and DH always enjoys their Beef filet as well. Plus, the view at Narcoossee's is lovely, especially if you dine close to the time of Wishes - you can watch the fireworks from the pier, or, if you're lucky enough to get a window table, from your table.

Well-I wouldn't go to Fultons even if someone else was paying--
But Narcoosee's is quite nice and Mrs. Uncleromulus (our resident wine expert) says the wine selection is good.

I was always a fan of Fultons. I don't know why. I guess I just liked the theme, the boat etc. As much as I wanted it to be great it never was. I never had a bad experience there but nothing great. I prefer Narcoosees. We have been there several times. I love the view and the menue. I think the service is far better than Fultons.

Haven't tried Fultons, but I can tell you that Narcoosee's is excellent. Food and service are top notch. My husband would smack you over the ahi tuna dish. :-)

I have always loved Fulton's and still do. We've always had great service. However, I usually always get the same thing: Alaskan King Crab Claws and Lobster. I LOVE shellfish, but not a big fan of other types of fish. I think think the best place for shellfish is Fulton's otherwise..go with Narcossee's. I've never been there, but a lot of people seem to like it. We barely drink..and when we do it's sweet type wines..like Moscato D'ASti so I can't help ya there.

We had a super dinner at Narcoossee's :sunny: It does have a beautiful view. :flower:

My husband's wonderful aunt and uncle treated us to Fultons--it was WONDERFUL!!!!! Mmmmmmmmm!

On our last trip, we ate at both. We were HIGHLY disappointed with Fulton's, whereas we LOVED Narcoosee's. We still talk about how we wish we could have a meal like that more often! Also loved the ambiance at Narcoossee's. It was romantic and I though Fulton's was more of a "wanna-be" fancy restaurant that charged too much.

I have to vote for Fulton's, we ate there last month and it was wonderful and our server was great!!! :bounce:

Make mine another vote for Narcoossee's! The food and service are wonderful and I won't tell you what I saw crawling on the wall behind me at Fulton's my one and only time going there!

Thank you to everyone....we have tried Fultons and had a wonderful experience, but needed that push to try Narcoossee's. It has been nice to hear about other's experiences as well :wave2:

I can't offer an opinion on Fulton's. The last time I was there, I was eight and the restaurant was the Empress Lilly. I have very pleasant memories of that experience. Perhaps that's why I've never tried Fulton's -- I guess I don't want to mess with the magic of my memory.
As for Narcoosee's, DH and I ate there last November on our honeymoon. The restaurant is a very noisy place, but the food is excellent. I had the Prince Edward Island mussels for my appetizer, and I'm still raving about them. The two by land and one by sea entree is incredibly good, and the caramel chocolate dome is exceptional.
Good luck making a decision!
Cheers,

:rotfl2: My husband is in complete agreement with Uncleromulus on this one.

We very much enjoy Narccoossee's. :sunny:

We totally enjoyed our meal at Narcoosee's earlier this month. It was pretty noisy before we got seated but after Wishes many people left and it really quieted down.

Is Narcoosees worth the trip for children and adults that do no eat seafood?
