Hiya does anybody have the contact information for the manager at Narcoossees and would you mind sharing it with me.

I was planning on having my wedding dinner there and when I say planning I mean for the last 3 years and they have recently changed to a 12 people maximum so I would really like to call or email and beg that they let us eat there.

I'd just email guest relations or look it up in the Yellow Pages. Another good spot would be to call Disney's Fairytale Weddings and talk to someone over there. I am not sure of any other contact information available.

I also want to say that policy is policy. If you don't meet the maximum number of people, I don't think they'd close the entire restaurant for something like this. Is this for your rehearsal dinner or actual wedding reception dinner? You could always get a table otherwise for your party size, if that helps.

Thanks I will try guest relations to see if they can give me the info but you need to book Narcoossees direct with the restaurant. So I wanted the managers details so I could speak direct with her to offer a minimum spend and or a set menu to help them out. The reason they have changed to 12 is because they were finding groups a strain on the kitchen according to our wedding planner.

I wouldn't need them to close the restaurant there are only going to be 16 of us - 14 adults and 2 children, they used to take groups up to 32 until recently. It is for our reception dinner.

If any one has the details I would still really appreciate it.

Thank you I will try that one the number I had ended 1400 its for groups I think but it was just an answering machine

1) Make sure you have a good tale.
2) DO NOT TRY
. . . a sob story, since your wedding planner already said no
. . . minimums, since the signature restaurant already has high revenue
3) Several of the signature eateries are limiting big groups.
4) Too many orders at one single time.
5) It backs up service to the other patrons.
. . . lower table turn-over and reduced revenue
. . . angered guests for slow service at a signature eatery
. . . basically, big bucks for perceived substandard service

NOTE: I am sure you can understand. If you came in with just your vacation family, you could wait an hour to get food because a large group order had gotten into the kitchen immediately before your order hit the kitchen.

Do you think the fact that we ate there just a month ago and were told that it would be ok is a good enough tale.

I really don't want to hold up other diners but I really thought the reason they sat big groups at 5.30 opening time and offered a limited menu was to resolve this problem.

What if we offered to have our menu choices in prior to opening time that way they could start on ours straight away. Do you think this might help?
