Looking at pictures on trip advisor I noticed that someone had what appeared to be a steak and scallops meal. Is that an option instead of steak and lobster tail? Never seen it before.

If I had to guess, they probably asked the server if they could substitute scallops for the lobster tail on the "Grilled Filet Mignon or Black Angus New York Strip Steak with a Butter-poached Maine Lobster Tail" entree. In the (long ago) past, one of my family members was able to substitute crab cakes for the lobster tail (she has an allergy to under-cooked shellfish), so perhaps they allowed this diner to substitute the scallops from the "Pan-seared Georges Bank Day Boat Scallops" entree. I don't see scallops and steak as an entree listed on any of the menus posted on Allears.net, wdwinfo, or DisneyWorld.com.

No first hand knowledge - but I would suggest, as this is a REAL Signature Restaurant? The Menu should be considered to be a suggestion :). If it's in house? I'm betting there would be no issue :).

Hmm, thanks for the replies. I'll probably ask about this on my upcoming visit and see what they say.
