2 yo DD needs somewhere quiet to fall asleep in her stroller. After she is asleep she is immuned from any noise (of course not super loud bangs).

We are planning to stay in AKL. So on MK day, seems not feasible to go back to resort for her nap.

Any area inside MK that's more quiet and allow us to push her to sleep?

Thanks

The path between tomorrowland and storybook circus is fairly quiet, except for when the train comes by.

The tables at tomorrowland terrace are usually empty when that eating area is closed. It does have area music though and can get loud if there's a show happening at the castle stage.

When we were there with DD we just pushed her around the Emporium until she got bored and fell asleep lol.

How about leaving the park via monorail and walking the poly or GF grounds while she sleeps?

The tomorrowland transit authority people mover has always worked for us in the past.

This is a perfect spot for a nap! I know personally b/c we rolled my sleepy DMom there in her wheelchair & she slept like a rock. Her nap started in Hall of Presidents, which I personally find interesting, but it normally lulls her to sleep.

Wow. Thanks for all the suggestions! It would be really great if we could just stay inside the Parks!

:lmao: I don't know why that made me laugh. It could be because it was thinking of where an adult could nap in the parks. :rotfl2:

When my kids were little we just pushed them around in the stroller while they napped, but I did notice a woman letting her baby nap over by the tree house in Adventure Land. They have very nice shaded sitting areas over there. Grab a dole whip float while the baby sleeps. :thumbsup2

Also, there is a new area in Fantasy Land by the new bathrooms past Peter Pan. It has benches and tree stumps with charging stations for your cell phones. Lift the brown flap in the trunk and plug your phone up.

We liked the path along the rivers of America between Big Thunder and Haunted Mansion. It is a little bumpy with the wood, but it was shaded and quiet. Main Street after the morning rush (and not during parade time) was also nice.

The baby care centers or first aid centers (forget what they are officially called) are quiet and climate controlled.

Is this anywhere near the smoking areas??

Every time I walk through this area, people are smoking there. It may not be a designated smoking area, but it sees a lot of smokers.

If you are at AK, the lower pavilions at Flame Tree Barbecue are quiet, shaded, and almost always empty. My tiny person napped there for well over an hour.

In Epcot I would head out the world showcase entrance/exit and head towards the boardwalk. Nice shaded spots right around the gate with minimal foot traffic.

At MK there is a footpath starting by the dumbo ride area that heads over to tomorrow land (?) that I only found once during MNSSHP, so I'm thinking not so much traffic an a good place to walk a stroller.

People mover!! We took our 2 year old son on and just looped over and over. I think we were on 45 mins...then put him in stroller and wheeled him to air conditioned restaurant where they gave us a booth so he could sleep! We had a very nice quiet meal! Worked out great!

The other days we just walked around! We bought a Disney fan and rigged it in the stroller to keep him cool!! He slept away! Worked well all the days!!

We're just back from a Christmas week trip and my 10 year old son got a migraine while we were at Epcot. After he takes his medicine, he needs to take a quick nap for the headache to go away.

I had DH take him to the medical center while I took the rest of the family to lunch. DH said they gave my son a cot and pillow and his own private screened off area to rest! It was amazing. DH said he dozed off too while he was in there.

After about a half hour, my son woke up again and was ready to go. As they were leaving the medical center the attendant laughed at my husband and said, "I know who really needed the nap."

All this to say, you might want to check out the medical center at MK.
