Napkin Instructions??

Did anyone attend the Navagators Series on Napkin folding and get the instructions??? I attended but like a dope forgot the written instructions and can just make one of the folds!!! Would really love to get my hands on this, would be glad to send you postage if you need it!!

I have one from Sept. 1, 2001. I can't imgine it has changed TOO much!!!!
