How long in advance do I need to book the Chef's table - is it too late for us going in a month? I hear people ask for seats 5 and 6 - why?

How long should we plan to be there if we go with the full menu experience?

Are there flights of seatings or could we get a PS to match our schedule?

I can answer a couple of things. Seats 5 & 6 get the view of the dinner plates coming out of the pass. There are debates about the seats on other boards, just do a search. Some like 7 & 8. Some like to watch the desserts, it's just what you think you would like watching most.

There are two seatings for the Chef's table - 5:30 & 8:30pm.

Just call Napa Rose directly & see if it's available. You can book 60 days out, but I would just call & see. (714) 956-6755.
