Napa Room Desserts

So, I just got an e-mail from my planner saying that they won't substitute Mickey's Premium Ice Cream bars for the dessert on the menu! I'm pretty upset, because I was know I've seen other brides have this at the Napa room and I was really looking forward to it.

Any Napa room brides out there have any dessert suggestions?

You could have the slipper dessert. We are having lunch at the Napa room next month and just going with the desserts on the menu. I am sure they would let you add the bars but just not substitute. I am pretty sure I saw someone do a cute centerpiece with the Mickey Rice Krispie Squares.

we removed the desserts from our menu and just planned on having cake but when we were under our min. we added the sorbet slipper as a surprise treat.

We had the desserts removed and had the option of substituting something else (we were considering the cheese starter), but with all of the food we decided not to and got a credit instead.

Scroll all the way down to the bottom and there are pictures of the Mickey bars at the Napa Room. Maybe you could email the bride and ask her how she did it. I love how the plates were decorated.

I don't think you can use the Mickey bars as a substitute. I do know you can pay for them separately though. We just had the desserts taken off of the menu and got the credit. We already had a ton of food and our cake was more than enough dessert!
