I have practice tomorrow, and on Tuesday, tryouts Wednesday and if I make it, practice on Thursday.

And I'm on my freaking period so it makes it a hell of a lot better :rolleyes:

My best friend and I have it the same time, and last night we had to educate her 19 year old boyfriend and our 18 year old guy best friend on how it works. Lmao.

Ooo! how exciting! I hope you made it! i'm sorry about the period thing!! that got me distracted too!! but when im on my period at practices... i just stretch 2x extra then normal.. and i feel wayy better!!! good luck though!:cheer2:
 
What's going on?
I haven't been feeling good all day. I've had a migrane all day and I was nauseaous.
I still get nausea from the chemo even though I haven't taken it, in, 5 months. Gosh has it really been 5 months?!
Anyway, I keep my anti-nausea meds, and I took one and felt better. Then the migrane returned and now I have bad cramps in my abdomen. But I'm thinking that's from 1. my period coming soon and 2. having potty problems.

I stretch before bed or I feel really tight and I stretch when I wake up or I'm tense.
