then of course theres my nicknames harri is constantly spelt harry(never even think of speling it with a y) haz spelled hazz by quite a few DISers

it really annoys me when people pronounce and spell my real name wrong(i'm wondering why they're calling me it too) it's just bugging.

i also hate it when people call me by my last name. my last name can be a name for boys and girls. i dont respond to it(which annoys people) coz there are boy and girls in our school called it.
oh well least it's never spelt wrong

my age well i tell you that but people guess i'm around 14/15 either that or 9/10
it doesnt actually bother me that much

And my last name is the most common name in north america. So yeah.
People Can pronounce it. xD

my name is ALWAYS spelled wrong! if i know people for like 3 months, they spell my name wrong. but i got a new volleyball coach and he already knows how to spell my name correctly and we've met 3 times maybe...........

i hate when older(15,16,17)guys stare at me when i'm in the mall. they think i'm their age but i'm not. my mom told me to make a shirt that says:

Once we went to taco bell and i had on a highschool tshirt on and the guy working was like, eww! why do you go to that school? (he went to the school's rival). and he was kinda like flirting with my.....he looked like a senior. and my mom was like she has too! thats where she'll be a freshman next year. he turned pink then was like oh um. can i take your order? that was sooooo funny!

My friends still sometimes spell my last name wrong. And I've known them for years! I practically hug people in my class though when they spell both of my names right, it shows they pay attention. I can spell everyone's name in both of the immersion classes, and you'd think after 9 years with them they can spell mine.

Last year, I was at this BBQ at my grammy's nursing home, and this guy was visiting from out of town. He goes to like some high school that I've heard of. Anyways, he kept on asking me weird things like where I was from, and I'd be like 'here'. And he'd look at me funny. He was like four years older than me, I was twelve at the time, I honestly did not want him flirting with me.

I get mixed things from guys. They either think I'm younger because I'm short or think I 'm older because I'm well.. developed xD. Anyways, generally, when people my mother works with or she knows guess what age I am, they usually guess at least 1 to 3 years older than I actually am. Sure it's kind of nice, but I seem to lose respect when I tell them I still got to a K-8 school.

ha thats another one I missed. I never saw the spelling Kalan before though. My name is spelled Kalyn

I only know the spelling Kalan because a guy won Canadian idol a few years ago with this name.

Ahahaha. I can imagine that's the most overused. Honestly, have you ever looked at the photo for caller ID? It's always John Smith.

i hate when that happens! ok. do you think, a girl, that is 5'8, wants a kiddie sized drink? i ALWAYS get one when we go to certain places. just because i am with my brother5 and sister7 doesn't mean i want a tiny drink too. but then they realize after i have had 10 refills before dinner even came that maybe there is something wrong? i guess when i am sitting down i dont look that tall but i when i stand to go to the bathroom or something, they stare and say, "Did I give her the wrong sized drink?".

My last name I won't share but it gets mispelled constantly, I've never had it spelled right, I get used to it. Ages. Oh boy. I have had people think I am a 4th grader, luckily I grew, so people usually get around the same age

My friends mom's name is Kimberley Ann, and people think the Ann is her middle name, and no one calls her by her real name. Like you did, she chose Kim as an easy substitute.

There are about a million and one ways to spell my name and every time someone goes to spell my name (who isn't in my family) they spell it wrong. I have lived with that all my life and I really couldn't care less. Heh. I mean, it is such a common mistake that rather, I understand how it could have been made. Sometimes, if it is appropriate, I will kindly correct the mispeller...if it is unnecessary and would embarrass the mispeller, I won't bug over it.

michelle can only be spelled michele. but people, epsecially in my grade are like doyou spell it like michael or michaelle? and i'm like just how it sounds.

but people call the the wrong names all the time. my bball coach thinks my name is megan, my grandma calls me janet and my algebra teacher calls me kelsey sometimes, too.


so yea. pretty much baddd.
