Name on Airmiles tickets

This has to do with UO AM tickets but I would think it applies to DW too:

We are a family of 5 and I recently bought 4 tickets for UO from AM/RedTag and put each of my family members' names on them, including mine.

Now that I have saved enough AMs for the last ticket it seems as if I can only put my name on the ticket, not my daughters'; will this matter once I arrive at UO?

And I was still wondering if anyone else noticed that the quote in AMs for tickets goes down once you click on the buy now option?
