Name change on CRT reservation?

Yesterday morning I made ADR's for my family's trip in late September. I made a reservation for CRT for my brother, sil and their kids, but my son and I aren't going (too princess-y for him). I tried to put my SIL's name and info on the reservation, but I couldn't get it to work. Can I call and change the name? Will it be a problem if they have the confirmation with my name on it?

I think that CRT is one of those that says the name on the reservation must match the one of the credit card used to pay for/hold the ADR. I think this came into play a few years back when people were booking it and then selling the reservation on ebay, or some sort of thing similar to that. I think this prevents people from transferring the reservation. Your best bet is to just call and ask them to release it and then rebook it with your SIL's info and CC number. I could be totally wrong, so maybe someone else will chime in!

I guess I should read the fine print next time! lol Thanks for the explanation. I'll hang onto the ADR until my sil is ready to book.
