What are some of the best places to get your nails done?

I have really flat nails and so they tips usually fall off (the few times I have tried it). I do have one place at home that is able to get it right but I think I only want them done a day or two before the wedding.

With acrylics I would get them done at home by the place you trust. When I had acrylics they hardly ever chipped, only my real nails chip quickly.

I'm planning on getting a manicure on Sunday because my wedding is on Monday, especially because my nails chip so easily but if I had acrylics I would get them done the day before I leave home.

Where are you getting your manicure done? After I wrote my first post I thought about just having a manicure instead of acrylics.

actually i would love if anyone could recommend a nail salon - walk in or otherwise - around WDW? I have been to 2 of the WDW spas on property as well as on the cruise line and I find them generally wayyyyy overpriced and not at all of the caliber of work i would get a moderately priced salon elsewhere. they are also extremely pushy with the products. we will be getting in town the friday before our tuesday wedding - would love to get a mani/pedi the day before!

There's a nail place in a strip mall where there's a Panera on Vineland Ave right before the Premium outlet shops. I've had my nails done there before... I'm hoping someone will remember the name of the nail salon...

They are clean and close to WDW, maybe 2-3 miles away from the WDW resort.

We are at the beginning of a blizzard in Pa and ALL the salons have been closed so now it looks like I may not be able to get them done before my trip. I just did a search and found this thread Thank you
