MYW tickets-when does a name get associated with the ticket?

When you order MYW tickets ahead of time from Ticketmania or Disney, do you have to give the name of the person that the ticket is for when you order? Example - if I ordered a MYW ticket for Mom and she couldn't make the trip, could the ticket be used for someone else? (I know that once the ticket is activated and bioscan done, it can only be used by that person.)

I bought ours from ticketmania and got them last week. They have a signature line on the back so a name won`t be associated with it until someone signs it it i assume.
