I just got off the phone with WDW ticket inquiries. I ordered my tickets back on 4-17 online with my Disney Visa and Disney Visa Rewards card, and we had not received them, nor had they been charged to our account. Well, come to find out, they had never been processed!!! Something about a glitch with the rewards card!! Nice of them to notify me!!!! If I had not called..... 
At least we have time to still get them before we leave on June 10! So, the moral to this story is always call to double check!
