MYW ticket question

This is the first time I have bought tickets through Disney. Do they mail your tickets out to you before your trip or do you get them when you check in?

One of those simple questions I never throught about until now.

You can get them mailed to you for a cost of $3. You can also have them held at Will Call, which means you pick them up at your resort when you check in.

If I don't ask to have them mailed then will they be at the resort automatically?

If your staying at a WDW resort, then you will get your ticket card when you check in. The new MYW system is an all-in-one card. The card is called your key to the world, and it is your room key, park tickets, Dinning plan, and what you use to charge items to your room if you accept that option at check in. What will be mailed to you is your trip info packet. And MYW info. This needs to be taken with at check-in. Hope this answers your question.

It depends on if you have them added to your room reservation or just buy them separately.

Like Debbie said - if you added them to your room reservation, they will be put onto your room key and picked up at check in.

If you bought them seperately, look at your receipt. If there's a $3 shipping charge, you will get them in the mail. If there's no seperate line item, you purchased them will-call.

If you purchased them on the phone, go to disneyworld.com, and recreate your order. Go through the process as if you were going to purchase. When you get to the screen where you put in your CC information, the total will be there. Right below the total it will ask for your departure date. Enter that and it will give you delivery options. Select will call. If the total matches what you paid, you ordered them will-call. If what you paid is $3 more, they're going to be sent to you.

Once you GET them (if they're being shipped to you), you can now have them encoded onto your room key if you're staying at a Disney resort.
