If we have park tickets that never expire and are longer than our stay at WDW do we get separate tickets than our KTTW? Also for our park tickets do we use the biometric finger scanner? TIA

No - your Key to the World is your ticket. You just use that as admission on your next trip.

Yes - you will use the biometrics with your tickets. :)

Normally no when the tickets are a part of a resort package.
