MYW dining.. tax/tip on OOP items?

We are doing the MYW dining plan and have some meals that we are going to be paying for the kids meals/alcohol out of pocket.

Do they give you two seperate checks?

Will the tax/tip be included on one order, or will they charge you tax on the items you are going to pay out of pocket?

We are trying to get a budget on the items that we will be paying for out of pocket.

You will have a bill for what you purchase separately, with tax and you will need to tip on that as well. The dining plan meals will come off your card with tax/tip included. (Unless you tip more than 15%).

We just charged the Kids meals right back to the room, it makes it easier for them they can do it all at once and then you just sign twice. We added extra tip onto the kids meal purchases.
