MYW dining question

I am so confused! I have booked a room at the Beach Club with an AP rate, and purchased my tickets at Disney.com. Can I add the MYW dining plan now? DH thinks we may save money on this plan versus the DDE. Thanks for any help you can give me!

The dining plan can only be added to a package including room and MYW tickets, so you cannot add it to an AP rate.
