Mythos New Menu Items

Just got back from MYTHOS and there are new items on the menu.

Appetizer:
Gratin of mushrooms. Very tasty.

Entree':
Bistro Filet. An adult steak is finally in the adult section of the menu. I will have to let my wife MsDis comment on this one since i brought it home for her to try.

Chicken a' la' Oscar: I had to try this one and was very pleased. Youkon mashed potatoes with a grilled chicken breast on top, with lump crabmeat on top of that covering about 1/2 the chicken breast 1/2" thick. I do not remember the sauce but as some of you know the Rissoto of the day with the scallops and the raspberry red wine reduction sauce has become my favorite. Well move over scallops!! This chicken dish is wonderful with the same burst of flavors as the rissoto.

Rissoto of the Day: This is always on the menu, but due to other items on the menu, it will remain the scallops with the raspberry red wine reduction until such time as Chef Mark is unhappy with the scallop selection. The scallops are huge and the entire creation is a flavor sensation.

Now if we can only get the Corvina back!!!!! BTW they are trying

The additions sound delicious! I think I have to give that risotto a try with the scallops. I had a steak risotto there that was good too. Add me to loving and missing the corvina as well.

oh yummy. The last several trips the risotto was chicken. I haven't had a seafood one there in yrs. Must have been right after the gnocci left the menu.
the steak sounds great. did it have asparagus on it too? It is usually included in Oscar dishes.
