Mypoints redemption problem

Last week sometime I redeemed 3000 of my points for a bath and body works gift cert. I got the order tracking page and I bookmarked it. Normally I can bookmark the page and check the status to see when it goes from pending to shipped. This time it went from pending to just a blank line. I logged into mypoints to check my account balance and to my suprise I had an extra 3000 points!!! It showed the red negative number for my redemption under the weekly total. But since I had the 3000 points back I didn't think the transaction went through. So I placed another order for a gift card. Same thing happened. I was given another 3000 points but also had the red negative redemption amount. My order status also went a blank line. So what do I do now??? It still shows that I have 3000+ points when in reality I should have less than 100. And the balance before I did these 2 transactions shows 9000+ when it should have only been 3000+. Oh I'm so confused!!!!! I just want my little ol $25 Bath and Body Works gift card.
