I have a posting to my account for 1,000 points for a Doubleday book club. It says "tracking award" beside it in my account statement. I never joined a book club! Has anyone else had strange points posted to their accounts? I know they've had technical difficulties the past few days so maybe that's it? Should I say anything or just wait and see what happens?

I just checked this am and found the same thing. I'm sure they will eventually catch it , but I think I'll let it ride!

They have appeared in my account and my mom's, as well. I'll just ignore them and see what happens.

I did get my Tupperware points, though, from last week, so it may be time to cashout (minus the doubleday points, of course).

I got them too and I immediately cashed out. I didn't check to see what they were from before then, I thought maybe my AOL or AT&T finally went through- guess not. Oh well, I guess I won't be getting my webbie after all:(

I got the points posted to. They've been there for at least 2 days now. Wonder when they will fix it. I would hate to cash out and have them disable my account, but I'll keep my mouth shut for now and see what they do.

I too am waiting for AOL to post and keep my fingers and toes all crossed because I've already cancelled and never received a email from them. Just before cancelling I went into AOL.com and signed in and checked to see if I had mail and I had NONE so I went ahead and cancelled. Now I'm hoping to get the points along with a few other things. I won't feel too bad if they don't catch on to the extra points if I don't get my AOL points. But I'm never that lucky.

For the aol points:
I sent membercare back an email saying I had no email confirmation to send, but I gave them my aol name and the confirmation number aol gave me when I cancelled. I'll let you know if that works or not. I'm hoping so!

I'm gonna send them an email also and I'll be sure to send that info in it. I still have the email from mypoints for the offer I responded to so I'll just forward that with my aol info. Hopefully that will work, looking forward to those 2000 points towards my webbie.

Just FYI: I got an email today from MyPoints saying the Doubleday points were a big mistake and they will be taking them back. I checked my Mom's email, and she got the same letter (yes, I know all my Mom's passwords because she has me do her MyPoints stuff since she only has dialup).

That's what I figured. I'll be waiting until they're gone before I cashin for my next webbie. Don't want them shutting down my account.

Those same points posted to my dh account and I did get an e-mail from member services saying they are not mine to keep :(
What bothers me is I have been trying to get them to credit 2 offers for 25 pts and one for 20 pts to dh accout and they drag their feet and send you the generic wait 20-30 days blah, blah, blah e-mail. even though to cut out the middle man when I e-mailed them I copied and pasted the e-mail proof.

I got that email too. When I clicked the link for the 10 points it brought me to the main page of mypoints and I saw my account balance. Low and behold they still have not deducted the 1000 points but they posted my AOL points!:Pinkbounc

But the strange thing is they didn't put them up overnight for last night but from back in the last week of May!

I hope they don't start putting points when they should have posted because that would be a big pain in the butt to have to go back and search thru weekly points to see when they post. At least this was easy to point out because it was for 2000 points, but others won't be.

But I'm not complaining that I got them...

My account has been adjusted for the 1000 points. Looks pretty ugly with that negative balance for this week.:(

I must have been the only one not to receive these points? LOL I am glad though because it would have been to easy to just cash right out, which I know I would have done!! :p

Sorry they took them back everyone!
