MyPoints not crediting???

I don't know if it's just me but I have 3 online purchases from Cabelas that have not been credited. I have gone back and gotten the Cabela transaction #, date, purchase price. I sent MP all this info earlier and got their automated response. What are my chances of getting my points credited?
 
I never got credited with many purchases made through them. Rather than wait for points, I now just shop through EBates and get cash. As far as I can tell, they use the same stores. ALso UPromise uses a lot of the same for online purchases, but I think they don't pay as well.

I hope you get your points, there are some here who have waited over a year for Eddie Bauer, I think.
 
I've had trouble with MyPoints and purchased made through Hallmark. But each time I have sent an e-mail with a copy of my order transaction the points have been credited quickly.
 
I've had some trouble too, but usually when I e-mail them, they fix it. They were offering bonus points for shopping over the holidays, and I had to tell them how much I spent and how many bonus points they owed me.
 

They used to credit my account after I complained. But just recently I have emailed them twice about a purchase and they have not even acknowledged the emails. Guess I might as well start shopping somewhere else.
 
I have had that same problem with them myself. I bought a Dell computer by going through an e-mail they sent me and had to e-mail them the information three times before they finally gave them to me and then they weren't the right amount. After struggling to get the points in the first place I decided to not even bother. But I purchased something directly through them and I got the points sooner then they said it would.

I think part of the problem is that once you are on an outside site purchasing something that link back to mypoints gets lost and they are not getting the information they should. I know that in order to get the Dell computer I had to wait for approval from Dell for the financing and I think that is what happened. I had to go through the link in the approval e-mail and lost that original link with mypoints.

I purchased from Cabelas one month ago. The points show up in my My Points account as Points Waiting Approval.
 
Well, I sent them all the confirmations that they requested. One purchase has been credited with 352 points. I am still waiting for 2 more purchases to be credited. Hopefully they will take care of them promptly!
 
I ALWAYS have this problem when I purchase through Lancome. I have to copy them my order confimation and wait an extra week or two for the point credit. It's a major pain, but a great way to save points!
 
I ordered from Cabelas too in Feb. and still have not received my points. I guess I will have to email them. :sad2:
 
Linda, you will need to have Cabelas re-email your confirmations. I am still waiting for them to credit my Dec and Jan purchases.
