Mypoints membercare question

I haven't received my points for an offer and I emailed membercare a couple times this week, but haven't heard anything back. Just wondering if anyone has emailed them this week and heard back from them? Maybe they're having problems or something? Also, is the correct address membercare@mypoints.com?

I think I actually emailed points@mypoints.com.

I emailed them on Monday about some points and I got a response today that they will be there in 5 business days.

Actually, I've emailed them using both of these addresses. Hopefully I'll hear something back from them soon.
