MyPoints log in problem-Never mind!

Hi everyone. I was in MyPoints this morning and everything was fine. This afternoon I'm trying to get in and it doesn't recognize my login information. I had an old email from September that had my point balance and told me I can cash in for such and such of stuff so I clicked on that to take me to the Spend Points page. When I got in there it had my name and Welcome back are you ready to spend your 0!!!!!!!!!! points. I had over 2000 points this morning!!! Does anyone else have this problem today or ever? I e-mailed them and does any one know how long it takes for them to get back to you ? I'll be so mad if I lost my points.

I found Beanie's post at the top with phone numbers so I'm going to call them now I can't wait for them to e-mail me back I need to know now what's up with it.

Well OK I feel really stupid!!!!!!! Anyways the reason I couldn't log in is because I was looking at my Time/Date thing on my computer earlier and for some reason it got set on November 4th instead of October 4th So all i did was correct the date on my clock and now i can log in. I'm glad I tried to figure it out one more time before I called them.
So any ways if anyone else has a problem make sure your date is right on your desktop!!!!!!

I wanted to bump this up. This happened to me about a year ago. We had added a firewall and somehow the date on the computer got bumped forward by several years. For days I couldn't log in to any of my programs. I figured out the clock was messed up, fixed it and it solved all of my problems.

So, for anyone if you have problems logging on, always check your computer clock.
