Mypoints --Foxstore.com 1000 points??

Has anyone ever ordered from Foxstore.com through Mypoints? I ordered the X-men movie last week and am supposed to get 1000 points. I received the movie but as of yet no word on the points-- not even "waiting for approval". Anyone know how long it takes? Curious because I need to update my email address and am wondering if I change it do I risk not getting my points at all?

I ordered from them today and I believe it said 15 days to be credited the points after purchase. Hope that helps

How did you get 1000? I only got an email for 750 for ordering drumline.

Thanks for the info ;0) To find the deal for x-men go to mypoints and click on shopping and then on entertainment. For me it was on on the 1st page on the right hand side ;0)

I ordered from Foxstore a couple of months ago, when I first joined (bought Ice Age for 1000 pts.) I'm sorry I don't remember how long it took, but the points were credited to my account with no problem. I know it never reached the point where I was wondering when I would get the points, so 15 days is probably about right. I'm sure you'll get them. Now, if I can get my Reservation Rewards points...

Hi, In December I bought Ice Age but have never rec'd the 1000 bonus pts. although I e-mailed them. I hate to have to hassle with the reward sites to get my points but if you want to collect all that is due you I guess you HAVE to. Very annoying........

Wow, the 2 times I have contacted them re: missing points, I got them pretty quickly after emailing them proof. To quote myself:

Now, if I can get my Reservation Rewards points...

I emailed them yesterday immediately after I responded to this post. I just included my confirmation from Reservation Rewards, rather than waiting for them to ask for it. Guess what? THIS MORNING I got an email from MyPoints stating that they were crediting my account, and the points would be there in 5 days!
Maybe I have just been lucky, but I have had excellent customer service from them...

Foxstore has been great for me. I've ordered Ice Age 2x as b-day gifts. The points were credited instantly when I finished my order. Woo!Hoo!
