How do I find my MB number for this? When I go onto My disney experience, I'm not seeing anyting under MBs and I haven't received any yet. Do I just have to be patient or is there somewhere else I can look?

I used my resort confirmation number (have a package).

Was able to make fastpass+ selections last night, staying at Poly from October 19-26.

Called this morning about grey being our only color option. The CM said wait and see if options become available in the next few days. She wanted us to call a week before our customize deadline if grey is still our only option. Hoping I don't have to call back.

So linking them to ur annual pass seems to keep everything g there? This is what we would be doing. We weren't gonna cancel the pop reason since we would eat the cost this close anyway plus we get the pass holders discount. Just wondered if the would keep working. If I only book a one day would it let me

I am not sure I understand your question. I originally only booked one day at POP and I could book FP+ reservations for my entire stay.

I've had to put my home address in to get through the screens - will they just automatically go to the resort? And they'll still be personalised?

They should be personalized as requested and shipped to the resort for pickup at check-in.

For me, that will be in three days. I have 10 days left to customize for a 10/3 check-in (AKV Jambo House).

I called and spoke to IT & they said that the glitch is being able to pick your fp+ options before 30 days out. So hopefully for all of us without any fp options for night shows, fireworks & parades they will populate at 30 days out.

Can anyone help me get a MB for my brother? We have seperate reservations as he is checking in a few days later than us. I manage his account and I was able to pick his fastpasses but I can not order him a band. I tried redoing his online check in but that didn't help. TIA

I was able to select FP+ reservations last night and this morning I got the pop up to customize MBs, but when I clicked through, it's still only showing cards for my profile. Anyone have anything like that happen to them?

Just to be clear, do they issue you room keys (even if you have a magic band) when you check into a test resort?

I have a day left on an old ticket. It didn't make sense to link it into MDE , but I might use it. (I linked my multi-day hoppers into MDE.) If I leave the band in the safe, take the room key and ticket to the park, would that work? Obviously, I would not be using FP+ that day.

I used the number that was on my Magical Express luggage takes. That worked! Good luck

We check in at Coronado Oct 2. ANd from my understanding, we should be able to get some FP+ access correct?

When I go in, and try, I get 'The selected date must be within at least one party members FP+ selection window. ANd in behind it is showing August dates. So... either I have it wrong and we have to wait until the week before we leave?

Either way, we are going to be in Disney in 40 days!

I don't think Coronado is part of the Oct test. From the October thread, it looks like only the following are part of the test for October: AKL, Contemporary, Pop, POR, AoA, YC, BC, and Polynesian

Having a weird issue with the app, wondering if anyone else has had this problem. On the MDE website my resort, ticket, and dining reservation appear (I have a 9 day MYW package). But on the app, it only shows the resort reservation and dining but no tickets. Just don't want this to mess up the MagicBand testing when it opens for me. I called IT last week and they said it is "a known problem". Did anyone have this happen or get it fixed?

I have the same problem and I saw a few other posts where others are in the same boat. However, I have not seen any replies on how to fix it.
