I'm still trying to figure out and verify whether the ride photos and character meals that were previously included in the PP+ are part of the PP package that is $169. It sounds like it would be, but I would like it confirmed. Anyone????

The regular (non-preorder) purchase price for the Photo CD is $169. That would not include ride and meal photos. The preorder for the plus (with the ride and meal photos) is only $149. The regular price for the plus is $199.95. Here is the link for the preorder...

Ok, say you're still at the parks and that night at the hotel you want to see your pics. You login and add your photopass + card number to your account to see your pictures from that day. Can you still use that same card to keep getting new pictures? Does it mess up those already taken? Was worried you'd need a new card as that one had already been "used"

Thank you so much! I was trying and trying to find where to preorder photopass+ and couldn't do it. I just ordered mine!

I don't think we were planning on ordering until October though so maybe they'll have all the bugs worked out by then.

I just checked and mine did not move over automatically. It shows nothing in my order history.

This makes sense because it is a different website with different login information. It says pretty clearly that saved projects and photos will NOT move over to the new site. So I don't know why they would think a pre-purchased CD would move over automatically.

I still haven't heard back from them...don't expect to for at least another day or so (I'm sure they are getting lots of questions and concerns that they need to respond to).

I ordered my photopass on Sunday from the old website.

I called Photopass help today because I did not receive an email receipt but my credit card was charged.

I was told:
Photopass pre-orders on the old website will stay there. Your pre-order will be processed. When you get back from your trip, enter your fastpass card number on the new website. The order will not transfer over automatically. That is just what I was told and may not be the same as what others have been told.

I forgot to ask about how to interface my preorder from the old website with the Magic Bands. We have Photopass Plus so I may just put all my pictures on the card with the ride pics and not worry about using magic bands for pictures. I have used the card for every trip and I know it works fine for me.

I am kinda bummed that the Personal Archival CD has been discontinued.
I am glad to have the opportunity to have pics of my whole family plus ride pictures.

Personal photos have never been included on a Photopass CD. Personal photos could be ordered on the Personal Archive CD, though. That product is what has been discontinued.

Click in DisneyLand (Not Disney World)-The guy at photopass told me the WDW link was under DisneyLand. I then got redirected to the old website.

I am so mad right now. My photos expire on the 6th. Logged on oday to make my final changes and and ALL MY edited photos ARE GONE. PLus it seems I am missing a lot.

So now I have over 600 photos to go through and add borders to in 2 days.

I tried calling but it was after hours.

Super disappointed that there was NO email HEADS UP that they were changing the site and DELETING all the photos that were pre edited.

And now I cant find our dinner or ride attractions photos.

If you log back into the Old Site, your photos will still be there with all of your edits.

I had to clear my internet history and cookies to get my computer to "forget" the new Photopass site. Otherwise I simply kept getting automatically redirected. Hope that helps you!

Correct me if I am wrong, but some advanced warning would have been great. I feel for all the people who just got back, want to work on their photos and got slammed with this.

Their photos are still accessible on the old site. Nothing has been lost.

Is anyone able to confirm yet if there are more photo borders available and if the new site runs faster/more smoothly than the old one? It is probably too early for anyone to report back yet as the new site will be used by Photopass customers whose vacations started on 9/4 or after! Just curious!

Disneyland just takes you to the old site. If you want, you could click the big link that says IF YOUR TRIP WAS BEFORE SEPTEMBER 4th CLICK HERE TO VIEW YOUR PHOTOS. If it makes you feel better.
