I have had it go intermittently down on and off all day. Had to call Guest Relations for a different matter related to ticket linking in my MDE, and they were having problems with booking FP+s as well. Sometimes refreshing my browser or closing it and relogging back in worked for me. Definitely frustrating when it happens though, especially on 60 day FP+ booking day!
