MDE is quickly becoming my worst Disney experience. I booked my trip at the same time as my brother. When I log into my Disney experience, I don't get my reservation, I get theirs. When they log in they get both. How am I supposed to make payments on my account? This has been going on for 3 weeks since we booked.
I called Disney IT, it was like talking to a brick. The guy told me he could see it in my account so there's no reason why I can't. I'm calling them long distance from Canada on a pay as you go cell phone. That's the best answer they could give.
My brother logged into my account, he can see his ressie in my account but not mine. So it isn't a user error.
Don't know what to do. Has anyone else experienced this.
Still...I'm going to Disney in May so my frustration is tempered with joy.
