my wish - back to back FTP

for us the FTP did not work because of the limited time we had. We could only squeeze out a week for this trip, and will be driving from Texas. That only allows for 5 nights in Orlando, making the FTP not the option we chose.

There are probably a lot of us that if there is a FTP option in the future it needs to be variable in legnth.

Gary M, Your info about the 14 day AP rate vacation was informative. It was when you stated the above that it became complaining. I hope the discounts do come out for everyone. Perhaps if Disney receives enough emails and complaints, AP rates will be plentiful again.

Oh I'm sorry I had no idea this was a "sore" spot with people. I didn't realize that the AP discounts were discontinued due to the FTP, that's too bad.

Well, I hope that those who got to enjoy (or will get to enjoy) the FTP had and will have a lot of fun!

Hopefully, they will restore the AP discounts for all of you who are waiting!

I guess I must be getting the best of both worlds. I booked two rooms for my trip with my sister. I was able to use the FTP for her's and I got a room only with DC discount for myself since I have an AP. Of course (need I say it) I'm hoping to rebook my room with the elusive AP rate when (if) they come out.

The FTP was a great deal for us. I was only planning on taking her for 5 or 6 days. But now we'll have 8 fantastic days for me to show her everything I've come to love about my Disney trips.

FTP-love it! Hope they do it again!
