My, What an Interesting Carpet Bag~A Dec. 2013 TR!*Remember Me?!*PTR for May 2015 Link, pg 23!*

Sorry dinner wasn't up to your expectations. I don't do well with change, especially when it comes to foods I like in restaurants! They really did a number on that tie dyed cheesecake too. :sad2: What a shame!

Love your DHS night pictures. I love that park always, but especially at nighttime, and even more especially during the holidays! So beautiful. Osborne Lights are amazing, as always! I'm like you, I could stand there all night taking it all in! But it was very nice of you to go ride Star Tours with Brandon when you could tell he was getting bored. :rotfl:

I'm with you Jen, I can stand and enjoy those Osborne Lights for a long time. I wanted to hear all the music tracks with the lights. I can see why it is such a popular attraction.

I completely get the let down when you anticipate the awesome smell of the BC and then sniff.... gingerbread!

Sounds like you made the best of Cape May even though the salmon and the strawberry dessert wasn't a must repeat. I've only had breakfast there but my hubby wants to try dinner.

Hi Jen!! I don't what it is with my inability to get in on your TRs when they first start! Glad you haven't made it too far yet, though! I just caught myself up.
The smuggling of the Ohana bread pudding is just fantastic. That was my favorite bread pudding ever until I had Raglan Road's. Both are amazing!!
Sorry Cape May was off for you! It stinks to look forward to something and have it not be up to par.
I've never been to Disney in December, but I REALLY want to! The Osbourne Lights look spectacular in photos and the GF & WL in particular seem beautifully decorated. I love looking at your photos!!

Sorry dinner wasn't up to par. Maybe just an off night?

I love DHS!!! The vibe, buildings, everything puts me in a good mood!!!

I really really wish I was/could be in wdw right now!!!!!

OMG! I want the big slice back!! That cup looks too small and I know I'd have to share LoL

It probably was just an off night...and it was probably me just being a brat about them changing the menu a little, I don't like change! :rotfl2:

YES! Me too, it's such a great park, I don't know why more people don't like it!

Haha, yeah, me too! :sad1:

I know, me too! And there's no way you could share that cup, it's much too small! It's good, but come on, no one wants cheesecake in a cup!

Another great update. I'm really enjoying your TR, it is making me so excited for our trip in April.

We are taking the Grandmas with us this trip so DH and I have a date afternoon/evening planned. I think we are going to split the time up btw HS and MK. I really enjoy HS at night, and the MK is good any time of the day :)

Thank you! :dance3:

That sounds like a perfect day, MK and DHS! DHS is so beautiful at night, the buildings are really lovely! And you're right, you can go to MK at any time and it will be fantastic! :thumbsup2

Oh boy I hope your bad experience at Cape May was just a one time thing because I will be eating there in 4 days! My favorite dish was the beef short ribs and dumplings and I'm hoping it will be on the menu the night we go. I also love the Boston Creme Cake dessert.

Oh those Osborne Lights. Thank you for all the pictures, I really enjoyed seeing all of them. I am determined I'm going back this year to see them again. ::yes::

I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, it was still good, but just not as good as it always was! It was probably just an off night, I'm sure you will love it when you go! :cool1:

I love the Osborne Lights too! I'll be missing them this year, but hopefully I'll see them again next year!

Ohh there is seriously a fine line between good Strawberry Shortcake and bad Strawberry Shortcake. Good Strawberry Shortcake is its own food group for me. Just looking at your photo it doesn't look right. How do you even eat that and get the good balance of cake, strawberry and cream?? Just no.

I think one of the things I enjoy most about the DHS tree is it's outside the park. I guess the Animal Kingdom one is too, so not completely unique, but still.

Oh Jen, I love the lights too so much!!!! Trust me, I never get bored. I'm still scared that this might be the last year for them. That would be so very wrong.

Ugh... TD Cheesecake... just NO!!!!! Seriously, who puts a cheesecake in a cup???? There's some bad dessert mojo going on here.

Haha, totally agree about the Strawberry Shortcake...it was not good. :crazy2: I don't get how they can have the most perfect Strawberry Shortcake at Sunshine Seasons, and then what may be the worst Strawberry Shortcake at the Beach Club...not right.

Yeah that's a good point about the DHS tree...it is kind of strange that it's outside of the park, and yet, it's this huge tree! It's pretty but I can seriously never get a good picture of it. :confused3

I can't imagine they will get rid of the Osborne Lights, I'm just in denial! :sad2: It's not happening...it's not happening. Although, they got rid of Push so I guess nothing is safe. Not even a trash can. :sad1: I will seriously go into a state of depression if they Osborne Lights are no more.

Yeah not a big fan of the cheesecake cup. Just leave some things alone, Disney. Leave our desserts alone!!!! :rotfl2:

You can definitely have more than one favorite resort. During my last trip I couldn't decided which I enjoyed more - BWV or the AKL. It's because they are so different. So it's OK to love them both.

Your comments on the food just give backing to the fact that I think Disney is slowing chipping away at the quality and quantity of some food items. I think there are teams of people just look for ways to save a buck so it ends up being a profit for them. It's weird. I agree - some things should be left alone. Don't cheap out Disney. It's not cool.

I always love your Osbourne light pictures. They are lovely. Such a great show.

The parking at the Boardwalk is TERRIBLE. Even when we stayed there it was such a long walk to the room and such a convoluted way to get into the back of the lot. It made absolutely no sense because the valet lot was always very empty and there were tons of close spots that we couldn't access. :confused3

Fun update!

Haha, ok good! I always feel like I'm being disloyal to my WL if I say I like the BC just as much! :rotfl:

You know, I've read about people saying the quality of Disney food is going down, and I never experienced it until this trip. And I've been reading that for years, but I always thought everything was great. I guess they really are changing things. Sad. :sad1:

Thank you! I love the lights, I'll miss them if they end up getting rid of them!

It's weird, I've parked at the Boardwalk before with no problem, this was the first time they sent us to that commuter lot! :rotfl2: But yeah, it seems like their whole parking set up is just strange!

Thanks!! :dance3:

Yeah! Thanks for the update!
Boo to Cape May not being what you're used to...I have never been..but have to admit I'm hesitant now..I recently read another so-so review. .

Am I the only one that likes Jarjar binks??? LoL

Cape May is usually SOOOO good, so don't go by my one so so review! I might have just gone on an off night! I will definitely be going back, I've had way too many good experience there to let one not so good one ruin it! :dance3:

Haha...I think so! :rotfl2:

I'm joining in, albeit a little late. I have too many comments so I don't know where I'd start, but I'll keep reading and start commenting a little more timely! :)

I do have to say that I have never been to the GF or the WL but all your pictures make me at least want to visit!

Also, I saw the Osborne Lights this year wearing my Glow-With-The-Show ears and I loved it! You're right, how can you not take a ton of pictures!? I have quite a few of "those pictures" too - where it's nothing but a palm tree and some neon lights, but it's DHS to a tee and I wish I could be there so strongly!

Yay, welcome! You're not late at all, so glad you're here! :dance3:

I love the GF and WL so much, especially during the holidays! I hope I'm lucky enough to stay at the Grand someday, it would be like a dream come true! :dance3:

You know, I was skeptical about those ears, but there were so many people wearing them at the Lights, and how they "glowed" along with the music was actually pretty cool! :thumbsup2 Haha, I love palm trees, and DHS has some really great ones, I guess because it's supposed to be like Hollywood, where they have those super tall palm trees? I love how they line the streets there! I can't not take tons of pictures of the, even if they are just trees! :cool1:

All right, getting caught up after my trip! :thumbsup2

I have a theory that men can sleep through just about anything. All of the men in my family just saw a log through whatever noises we make. :rotfl:

You could have asked for juice too at the buffet. Silly girl. You can have as many drinks as you want. ;)

You're just like my SIL Jeni! When she orders eggs, she's literally like "burn them!" LOL.

Oh no! Getting sick in the bathroom? That's no good. I'm glad he seemed to be okay after that though.

You are way too hard on yourself. I always think you look super cute in your pictures. ;)

DUCKLINGS!!! My favorite.

Haha. Okay, that Brandon and the ducklings story is hilarious though.

Yay! What a great meet and greet. Pluto is always so awesome.

Splash down?! Noooooooooooo.

I'm sorry Cape May was a let down. That's such a disappointment.

Listen, I have favorites for different reasons. You are absolutely allowed to have more than one favorite.

That's weird about the app not working on your phone. Thankfully, we had no problems and it was easy peasy the whole time.

That tiny cup of tie dyed cheesecake is a joke. Seriously. A joke.

Haha, yeah it's crazy how Brandon can sleep through anything, I don't get it. A plow came by to plow our street at 4am the other morning and I woke right up and he slept through the whole thing, and it was SO LOUD. (I leave my window open a tiny bit, even in the winter, because I need air...I know, it's weird :rotfl2:) I just can't understand how people sleep through that kind of noise!!!

Haha, yeah I know, but I feel weird getting more than one drink...like I'm being annoying or something, soooo I'll just drink all of Brandon's juice instead! :rotfl2:

Oh good, another person who needs eggs super cooked! I just can't eat eggs that aren't cooked all the way...those people who like to dip their toast in egg yolks...that is the weirdest thing to me! :crazy2:

Thanks...I really need to start working out and losing weight. I want to start running because I REALLY want to do the Princess Half next year, but since it snows every freakin day lately, I can't do anything outside! And I don't have a treadmill and there's no way I'm going to a gym...:scared:

I really hope those ducklings were ok...

Pluto was so much fun! I want to make it a point to meet him on every trip now! I usually try to meet Marie every trip, but now I'll have to add Pluto to that list!

I'm glad you guys are allowing me to have more than one favorite resort! I was feeling guilty! :sad1:

Yeah, the app worked the first day and that was it. After that it would just keep refreshing and I'd turn my phone off and think it would be working, but nope. Worked just fine on Brandon's phone though.

I agree, cheesecake in a cup is a JOKE! :cool2:

Usually people apologize for not having enough pics in their updates. You have to be the only person I know who apologizes for having "too many!" :rotfl2: It's a trip report! We want pictures! :hyper:

I'm sorry about your dinner at Cape May! I know how much you usually love it there! Our breakfast was great when we were there in October! Our server was a little flighty but the food was great! Let's go with 'it was an off-night!' :thumbsup2

I wonder why you had to park in some random parking lot at the BW?? I would have said you should have just gone back to the BC and parked there but you did say you didn't want to walk so that would have defeated that purpose, I guess!

I never had the tie-dye cheesecake but I know what it looked like. That little cup is just pathetic. :sad2: I mean seriously....

Haha, yeah I know...I remember my first TR was seriously lacking in pictures, and now I have too many!

I'm sure it was an off night, it was good, just not great like it always is! I'll still go back on my next trip, because that's how good it usually is!

I thought about going to BC to park, but yeah, I wasn't about walking that far. I seriously need to lose a lot of weight before my next trip, because I think that's what is causing my feet to hurt so much on these trips. Although I see people twice my size walking around, doing just fine, so who knows? It's probably just me. :confused3

Haha, yeah that tiny cup is just pathetic...it was good, but it wasn't the same as a nice, huge piece of cheesecake you know?

Jen, fun updates.

I have to say we were not pleased with our breakfast or dinner the last visits to Cape May Café. I too noticed the subtle changes...and didn't find them to be good.

What wonderful, wonderful pictures you got of the Osborne Lights. To me, that is worth a Christmas trip all in their own.

Thanks!

I've never had breakfast at Cape May, I'd like to someday! I hope we were just there on an off day or something, it makes me sad to think Cape May is going downhill. :confused3

Thank you! I agree, just seeing the Osborne Lights is enough! I'd fly down for a day just to see them and the castle and fly back home the next day! :goodvibes

Great you didn’t have to wait at Cape May long. Sorry it wasn’t as good as the last times.
TOT is so fun but Star Tours is my favorite.
Very nice pics of Osborne Lights.
Isn’t the lot you parked in at Boardwalk the self parking lot? I know I here it is a far walk.
I do not understand why they did that to the cheesecake. :confused3
Great updates and pics.

It was good, but it's always so great, so I was kind of disappointed! :confused3

Star Tours is awesome, but I hate how it is so jerky! I wish it was a little more smooth.

Thank you!

I have no idea what lot they made us park in...it was down the street and it really seemed like a commuter lot! :rotfl2: It looked like a really far walk...so we just said forget it!

I don't know either!!! It's still good, but there's only like, half of it! :sad2:

Great pictures of the Christmas decorations at BC! We stayed at YC in Nov (and it may have overtaken WL as our favorite resort), and we just missed the decorations by a week!

Great Osborne lights photos as well!! :santa:

Thanks! Ahh I love the YC, I wanted to stay there on this past trip but it wasn't really in the budget! It's so lovely there during Christmas, the next time I go in November or December I'm going to really try to stay there! :cool1:

Thank you!! :goodvibes

Oh man, I remember one of your TRs were you and Brandon had an amazing experience at Cape May. I was actually considering trying Cape May, since there'd been so many positive reviews about it. But reading about your last meal there, I'm kind of glad I didn't pick it.
I will say, though, that I think several things were "off" during the time period we were there. I don't know if Disney was not prepared for the huge crowds that were there (which I don't think is the case, because all the resorts were booked up) or if the transition over to MyMagic was just throwing everything off. Either way, I believe Disney was having a bad week. :confused3

The Osbourne Lights are the best thing ever. How could someone not enjoy standing under them, listening to holiday music, watching "snow" fall?

Ugh, that cheesecake! Don't even get Alex started on that. I'm surprised you didn't hear him complaining all the way over in the 50's Building. :rotfl2: He kept ranting, "Don't cut corners with the cheesecake, Disney!" :lmao:
In my opinion, when they moved it to the cup, it was mostly cheesecake and very little red velvet, which was wrong. I liked it the way it was before.

We've had a lot of great meals at Cape May, that's why when it wasn't that great this time, it was kind of a shock! You should still give it a try though, it might have just been an off day. I'm definitely going to go back!

Yes, I agree, there were a lot of off things during that time. Much larger crowds than I expected, and I'm sure the My Magic transition wasn't helping. Probably not the best time to go, looking back, but whatever! Disney is Disney! But yeah, I think they were having a bad week! :rotfl2:

I love the Osborne Lights! They're just so perfect!

Haha, I was probably complaining right along with Alex about that cheesecake! Like really, that's where you decide to save money Disney? :sad2: Yeah, I noticed there wasn't as much red velvet. I hope enough people complain that they put it back to the old way.

I also love those lights so much, they are just perfect! We got to spend an extra night on my last Dec trip and I went and walked thru the lights solo, it was awesome. I literally stood in the middle of them forever! It was great not having someone rush me along :rotfl2:

YES I love getting to see the lights alone, with no one rushing you or feeling guilty for taking too much time or too many pictures! My DH is great about letting me take my time, but I can tell he gets bored so I feel guilty! I could spend hours there if I had the time! :goodvibes

Great update! :)

Thank you!! :dance3:

Great updates! Love all the holiday stuff.

That's too bad that Cape May wasn't as good as you remembered. Hopefully it'll be better next time you're back to your favorite Beach Club.

That is a lot of Cheshire Cats! Wow!

I'm glad we got the Tye Dye Cheesecake back in 2011 when it was a whole slice! That doesn't look right at all in the little cup. Why would they mess with a guest favorite? :confused3

Thanks!

I hope it will be better next time! I'm sure it will, it was probably just a bad night! :thumbsup2

Haha, I know right? Aren't they so cute!

I don't know, but did you hear that Push is gone now? They're just taking things away left and right. Makes me wonder if my next trip should be Disneyland instead! :confused3

Sorry dinner wasn't up to your expectations. I don't do well with change, especially when it comes to foods I like in restaurants! They really did a number on that tie dyed cheesecake too. :sad2: What a shame!

Thank you! DHS is amazing at night, especially during the holidays! I could spend hours in the Osborne Lights! I'm glad I got to go back and walk through again, once is just not enough! :thumbsup2

I'm with you Jen, I can stand and enjoy those Osborne Lights for a long time. I wanted to hear all the music tracks with the lights. I can see why it is such a popular attraction.

I love to hear all of the Christmas music and see the different songs and how different the lights are with each song, it's so creative! I could spend hours there! :goodvibes

Haha, I mean, gingerbread is ok, but you want to walk in the Beach Club and smell Beach Club you know? :rotfl2:

Cape May was good, it just wasn't amazing like it usually is! You should definitely try dinner sometime, I'm sure it will be good, maybe we just had an off night! :thumbsup2

Hi Jen!! I don't what it is with my inability to get in on your TRs when they first start! Glad you haven't made it too far yet, though! I just caught myself up.

Hi! :wave2: Haha, don't worry, I can't keep up with any TR's lately, I'm glad you're here!

Haha, OMG I hear so much about Raglan's bread pudding that I HAVE to go there on my next trip! I am almost wishing I'll like it more than 'Ohana because it's so much easier to get into Raglan, I won't have to kill myself trying to get an 'Ohana ADR! :rotfl2:

Cape May was still good, but it just wasn't as great as always! I guess places must have off nights once in a while! :confused3

I love going to Disney for the holidays! It's so nice seeing the decorations, and the Osborne Lights are just perfect! And the resorts are just as fun to visit as the parks (ok, almost! :rotfl2:) because they are so beautifully decorated!!

Hahahah, the first time I went to Beach Club was at Christmastime, and the second time all I could smell was seafood! I still can't tell ya what it smells like.

Sorry you weren't too thrilled with Cape May this time. That's a shame.

Ahhhh, Osborne Lights.

The tie dyed cheesecake looks so sad now. Hahah.

Just caught up on your latest updates! I've never had the tie dye cheesecake before as I'm not a fan of cheesecake in the first place, but even I'm disappointed in that little cup! So sad that Pop Century changed so much of what made their food court so good! Howard and I both missed so many of the dishes we enjoyed during our last stay there.

OMG it just smells like perfection. It's like...I don't know, I can't describe it, it's just amazing. You'll see soon enough! :cool1:

Yeah I hope it was just an off night!

I know, I'll miss them this year...no Christmas trip for me. :(

It was kind of sad. It was good, but not like it used to be. :confused3

Haha, well, stay away from that little cup of cheesecake if you ever decide to be a cheesecake fan...because that's just unacceptable! We didn't really use the food court that much, actually, I'm not sure if we even ate there once, but I know they don't have the chicken alfredo anymore and that is upsetting!

Really enjoying your TR and loving all your Christmas photos :goodvibes

Thank you so much!! :goodvibes

I caught up! Oh that makes me so sad about the cheesecake! NO! I'll have to buy like, 3 just to get my fix!

Thank Goodness for my Tower!

Hi everyone! I'm sorry I haven't been on the DIS much lately, things are crazy right now. I swear, I haven't had a calm moment in over a week, today is the first day that I haven't really had to do anything, so I pretty much did nothing! It was fantastic! I'm hoping to get caught up on everyone's TR's soon, I don't want to get too far behind! :cool1:

Monday, 12/2

After another exhausting evening in Disney, my alarm was going off the next morning before I even knew what was happening! I jumped up, got ready, dragged Brandon out of bed and made him basically sleepwalk to the car to get to Hollywood Studios for rope drop. How we wasted so much time is beyond me, because we got there at exactly 9, just when they were starting to let people in! I was aggravated...I knew we should have gotten in line at 8:30 or so to be more towards the front, so I figured our chances of getting FP's for Toy Story were slim...

Still, we madly dashed over to Pixar Place to try our luck...only to be disappointed to see a HUGE line for FP's AND a return time of 3:15. Soooo, sadly, no TSM for us this trip. We knew we wouldn't be in the park that late, so we didn't bother. And the standby line was ridiculous, so again, we didn't bother.

This was kind of when I got a bit disheartened on this trip. I was trying to keep my spirits up, be optimistic about the crowds, the Magic Bands, everything, but now, not being able to do one of the things we really loved just got on my nerves. I'm not good with change, and it seemed like everything at Disney was changing, and I was not ok with it. Even Brandon, who claims he doesn't really like TSM was upset, because we ALWAYS get to DHS at rope drop and ride at least twice. :confused3 I was also getting upset because I knew we only had today and the next day in Disney, and then it was time to go home already...well, as my hero, Scarlett O'Hara said, I won't think about that now, I'll think about that tomorrow. :rolleyes1

One good thing about getting upset in Disney is...you can't stay upset for too long! If you can't do something you REALLY wanted to do, there's always 10 other things to do to make you happy! And just on the other side of the park was my favorite thing in life...the Tower of Terror!

Luckily, when we got there, the wait time wasn't long at all, so we went right on! And i was able to FINALLY get a picture I've been trying to get for years, but could never time it right...

Looking at that picture makes me wish I was there right now! I mean, I guess I say that about a lot of my pictures, but I'm missing Disney terribly right now...

When the ride was over, we got right back in line again and went on a second time! Sooo much fun! I completely forgot about being upset before and was back in my "I'm in Disney so nothing can ever bother me again" mood!

After our second ride, Brandon was getting hungry, and I probably was too, so it was time to say goodbye to my Tower and find some breakfast.

Goodbye my friend! See you soon, I hope!

We decided to walk over to the Writer's Stop for breakfast, because everything there is always yummy, and we weren't really starving at that point, so why not?

It's so cute in there, but I'm sad they took out the seating. I loved that you could just hang out in there at one of those tables in the back for a little while, but sadly, they're gone. The Christmas displays looked adorable, though!

I got what I always get, a cheese danish, and Brandon got the carrot cake cookie.

I love the carrot cake cookie, don't get me wrong, but it's just waayy too heavy in the morning. We sat outside on the little wall near Sci Fi and ate and tried to figure out what we were going to do the rest of the day. I knew where I wanted to end our night, but the rest of the day was kind of up in the air, which was awesome. One good thing about a short, almost ADR-less trip, being able to go wherever you want, whenever you want! I love planning my Disney trips, but sometimes it's nice to have freedom too! :rotfl2: That's part of the reason I'm so anti-FP+...I have a hard enough time with ADR's, how am I going to possibly schedule FP's in advance? Ugh.

When we finished eating, there was another thing I had to do at DHS, the drawing class! I love it so much, I'm terrible at drawing, but I love drawing a Disney character and getting to take it home!

We went to the Animation building, and we were just in time to get into the next class! We grabbed some seats and I waited anxiously to find out who we were drawing...

Mike Wazowski. :sad2:

Really? Sigh. I know a lot of you would have probably been thrilled with drawing him but...I haven't seen Monster's Inc., and I don't really plan to...I tried watching it once and I don't know, I just wasn't interested. So to me, he's just some ugly one eyed thing. At least the blue fluffy guy is cute. :goodvibes But Mike is just weird looking and I wasn't really interested in drawing him...but I did, and it came out terrible! That's what happens when you don't put effort in, I guess!

Feel free to laugh, I won't be offended! :rotfl: It's pretty bad!

I was wishing we had time to do another class, but sadly, it was time to leave the park to do something else!

I hate leaving parks when I know I'll still be in Disney for another day or two, but I won't be back to that specific park, it's so hard to say goodbye!

Sometimes I want to walk out slowly and cry, but most of the time, I just rush out. Just get to the exit, turn around, take it all in, and walk out. It's harsh, but if I stay, I'll probably never leave. :rotfl2:

(Imagine never having to leave Disney? Dream come true! :dance3:)

See ya later, Hollywood Studios!

As sad as I was to leave, I was excited for what where we were going next! So we hopped in the car and were off to our next destination! :thumbsup2

Up next...resort hopping!

I'm glad you were able to get on your beloved TOT...not once, but twice.

I was very disappointed they took the tables out of the Writers Shop too; we enjoyed sitting there over our coffee and treat. :(

I like Mike and I think you did a pretty good job on him.

Can't wait for your resort tour.

Aw, that's too bad that you didn't get to do TSM this trip! At least you got in a couple more rides on ToT to make you feel better about it, though.

I'm trying to remember if there was a reason that you didn't get FP+ for TSM this day? That was one thing we really liked about the FP+; it allowed us to make a more leisurely entrance into the parks while still riding the run-to-it-right-away attractions.

What was going on with TSMM in December?!? The standby line was outrageous right from park opening. I don't know if it was because of FP+, if everyone figured out they needed to go on that first, or if it was just the insane number of people visiting at that time, but it was ridiculous.
I'm so sorry that you didn't get to ride it at all. Skipping an usual attraction can be really disappointing, especially when it's not by choice.

The solution I think is that you need to just go back to Disney soon....:rotfl2: Lots of DISers are going in May, so I'd recommend then. :rotfl:

Having to draw a character you don't know wouldn't be quite as fun as doing one you actually know and like. Man, DHS just wasn't treating you well that morning. :worried:

I hate that TSMM rush in the morning, but with the popularity of the ride and the lack of other "family" rides at DHS it's doomed to be something you HAVE to do if you want to ride twice. Although, on my last trip I had some time to kill and the line said it was 65 minutes but really took me 30!

But if you can't rush on to TSMM, then what better to do than two rides on ToT? I was thinking of skipping DHS this trip even though I love it; but I can't give up my rides on ToT!

I've never had the carrot cake cookie; all I hear are rave reviews! I may have to try it this trip!

I'm one of those that love Monsters Inc. I could never get through Finding Nemo because I disliked it so much, so I understand where you're coming from; if they said "we're drawing Dory!" or something, I'd be disappointed too. But it would still be fun to draw! You did a fine job on Mike!

YIKES those FP lines for TSM grow quick. Craziness. Now I guess the lines at the FP+ kiosks will grow quick.

Ahhh I know what you mean about that open door Tower photo. It's like one of those little things that just need to be done.

I'm totally with you. I'm a planner... to a point. But, while already having FP's when you enter a park is nice, the limitations I think outweigh the benefits. Just too much planning and ONE PARK PER DAY... Oh Good God! :headache:

Trust me I will never laugh at someone else's drawing considering I can't draw a straght line with a ruler. I've still sadly not done the drawing class yet. But my goal (I'm sure I've said it a few times) is to draw someone who meets in the parks so I can get a photo with him/her and my "masterpiece." :thumbsup2
