I wanted to share pictures of My WDW Trip Journal that I created. There is a section for general trip info and then there are dividers for each day. I have daily journaling sheets which include basic info such as the weather for the day, where we ate, etc., but also has lined pages for me to write what we did each day. I also included some prompts for the kids favorites from each day. After the daily journaling sheets, there are 4 x 6 photo sleeves so that I can add 4 pictures from each day. I'm very happy with how it turned out and I think it will make a great keepsake after our trip! Thanks for looking!

That is GORGEOUS!!! Did you make up the journal pages yourself? They are exactly what I'm looking for to make for my 12 year old. Could you post or possibly PM or email me a page?
Also, did you make the cover yourself? How did you do it? Was it already spiral bound or did you do that yourself too???
Awesome work!!! You are going to enjoy that for YEARS to come!!! :thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

I can tell A LOT of work went into making it and the craftmanship is impeccable!

I love your book and I was just wondering if you cut it with the Cricut or with the Silhouette or if you altered a book? I also love the 4 x 6 pages. Great idea!

That is beautiful!! I would love to make something just like that for our next trip. Could you please tell exactly how you made it?

OMG, This is Gorgeous! I too am wanting all the details! I would love to make one, I just don't know if I am that crafty!! Maybe you should sell them.. ha ha!!

This is just what I'm looking to make for our next trip!!! How did you do it? Care to share?:):):)

Yes, please share. I love it it is so neat. What kind of book did you use? Please show us. thanks.

Thanks for all the compliments!! :goodvibes

I used chipboard for the covers and covered them with glimmer mist (glittery spray), patterned paper (yes, those words were already on the paper) and the silver ric rac. The inside front cover and first divider are doodled with the circle design. The dividers, Mickey heads and WDW lettering are all cut on my die cut machine (Silhouette). The little castle and stars were cut out of the printed paper. The inside back cover has another Mickey head that I doodled the little dots on. The outside back cover is just patterned paper.

In the trip info section, the first page has places for our dates, cast of characters, where we are staying, airline info and car rental info. Then there are a couple of pages for me to journal about the planning of the trip.

In the sections for each day, there is a daily highlights sheet which has the date, weather, where we went, meals and characters we met. Then there are a couple of pages just for me to journal about that day. These first couple of pages, I even printed a mickey head in the corner which says day 1, day 2, etc. After those pages, there are pages for my kids favorites including fav ride of the day, fav character meeting that day and just their fav part of the day. Behind the journaling pages, there are two 4 x 6 photo sleeves to hold 4 photos from each day.

The holes were punched using the Bind it All, but my book was way to big to close using their binding (we have a 2 week trip so there are 16 dividers in my book!) I got the spiral binding from Copy Max - I put it in, and they just crimped the ends for me.

Thanks again for all the compliments!!

Where did you find the paper at?

Where did find those to print, or did you design them yourself?

I found the patterned paper at Archiver's.

I designed all of the journal pages - The Mickey head I found online somewhere, and I just used Photoshop Elements to add the days in them.
